REV: 04-08-2021 RL EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Task 1 – Project Management and Administration 1.1. Meetings and Project Coordination Within 10 days after the contract execution, Consultant shall attend the virtual kick-off meeting with City staff. Consultant shall participate in bi-weekly meetings or conference calls with the City to discuss project issues, status, and action items. Based on the project schedule, there will be about 14 bi-weekly meetings. Consultant shall prepare meeting agenda and post meeting notes for check-ins. Consultant shall coordinate with the City during the life of the project to discuss specific project related items including design, standards, and policies. 1.2. Project Administration Consultant shall set up and manage the project data sharing platform (ShareFile or Microsoft OneDrive) for the project’s needs. This includes timely milestone uploads and management of all electronic files for reference or distribution. This task includes performing quality control and quality assurance of all milestone deliverables prior to submittal and conformance to federal, state, and City standards. Consultant shall submit monthly invoices and progress reports to the City and shall include sub-consultant invoices, direct costs with receipts, and summary of tasks completed in the report. Task 1 Deliverables: Electronic or online copies of the Agenda and Meeting Minutes (PDF format or Google Document) Monthly Invoices Quality Control and Quality Assurance Reviews Data Sharing Portal (Sharefile) Task 2 – Pre and Post-Project Evaluation Strategy 2.1.
