REV: 04-08-2021 RL <br />Responses to RFIs <br />PDF copies of shop drawings/submittals during construction <br />Conform set drawing in PDF format <br />Record drawing in PDF and AutoCAD formats <br />Task 8 – Design Services During Installation (Consultant needs City <br />authorization to proceed with this task) <br />Consultant shall provide technical support and attend field visit during installation, as <br />needed, for up to 20 hours of total staff time. Consultant shall also assist the City in <br />community meetings, documenting and evaluating any community feedback after the <br />project installation. <br />Task 8 Deliverable: <br />PowerPoint presentation for potential community meetings for up to two (2) <br />meetings <br />Task 9 – Post-Construction Evaluation (Consultant needs City <br />authorization to proceed with this task) <br />Consultant shall complete the post-construction evaluation utilizing before and after data <br />collected in Task 2.2. Consultant shall summarize the results in a draft evaluation <br />technical memorandum. The draft memorandum will include table, charts, and figures <br />comparing the data before and after the project implementation. The draft memorandum <br />shall be submitted to the City for review. Based on one set of non-conflicting comments <br />from the City, Consultant shall revise the draft memorandum and submit a final technical <br />memorandum. <br />Task 9 Deliverables: <br />Draft Pilot Evaluation technical memorandum <br />Final Pilot Evaluation technical memorandum <br />Section 2: Fees <br />Consultant shall provide all services on a time and materials not to exceed fee basis. <br />Consultant shall charge the standard hourly rates for services listed in the rate schedule <br />below.
