REV: 04-08-2021 RL <br />Task 6 – Community Outreach <br />6.1. Community Feedback <br />Consultant shall review and provide feedback on draft community survey questions <br />regarding the quick-build project. Community feedback will be be utilized to adjust and <br />refine the project. <br />6.2. Transportation Advisory Committee Meetings <br />Consultant shall attend up to two (2) Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) meetings <br />and support staff in presenting the design and evaluation plan at the committee meeting. <br />This includes the preparation of a presentation as well as any exhibits needed to clearly <br />illustrate the design. <br />After post-construction evaluation, consultant may attend a TAC meeting to present the <br />evaluation results and proposed refinements to the project. <br />Task 6 Deliverables: <br />Comments on the community survey <br />Presentation for TAC Meetings <br />Task 7 – Construction Engineering Support (Consultant needs City <br />authorization to proceed with this task) <br />Consultant shall coordinate with the construction management team and assist the City <br />to provide construction phase services for the project. The scope of this task will include <br />project bid support, response to reasonable contractor questions, preparation and upkeep <br />of a conform set of drawings, reviewing and approving submittals, one pre-construction <br />meeting, and providing clarification of design documents as requested by Contractor <br />during the construction period. <br />Consultant shall perform the following services during construction/installation: <br />o Participate in one pre-construction meeting, and up to one (1) field meetings as <br />requested by the City <br />o Review Contractor submittals <br />o Review of change order requests and request for substitutions <br />o Respond to City and Contractor Request for Information (RFIs) as necessary to <br />clarify interpretation of construction documents <br />Task 7 Deliverables: <br />Response to questions <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.075/Kimley-Horn (Roosevelt Quick-build Traffic Calming Project PS&E) (Page 15 of 17)
