REV: 04-08-2021 RL Based on the 65% Design comments from City staff, Consultant shall prepare the 95% design documents for the City’s review and comment. The plans will be based on the latest City’s Engineering Standards, MUTCD, and Caltrans Standards. Consultant shall revise the project’s specifications and opinion of probable cost for the 95% deliverable. 4.2. Quality Assurance and Quality Control Consultant shall conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) at this phase of the project. Task 4 Deliverables: One electronic copy of the final version of the 95% Design Plans (PDF format) Two (2) hard copy sets of 95% PS&E Design Plans 95% Construction Cost Estimate 95% Specifications based on City’s updated manual Summary Report for Design Process Task 5 – Develop Final Plans, Specifications and Estimates (Final PS&E) After City review of the 95% PS&E package, Consultant shall provide written responses to the City’s single set of consolidated, non-conflicting comments. Consultant shall attend one meeting with the City to review comments and resolve any outstanding issues as needed. Based on the 95% design comments from City staff, Consultant shall advance to the Final design documents for City review. Consultant shall revise the project’s specifications and Opinion of Probable Cost for the Final deliverable and provide any justifications as requested. Consultant shall conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) at this phase of the project.
