17. PACP pipe ratings shall be included for each pipe segment inspected. All videos shall <br />be of good quality MPEG -4 format and shall clearly show the above stated conditions. The <br />date, identification of sewer section by upstream and downstream manhole locations, and <br />footage shall be displayed on the video data view at all times. <br />18. The database shall be submitted in both PACP exchange format and Win Can format. <br />19. MPEG -4 videos, pictures and databases must be submitted on external 1 TB (Terabyte) <br />portable external hard drive. If a video and/or the capture images in the database do not <br />clearly show the pipe conditions due to an inadequate amount of light or are of such poor <br />quality that the Engineer is unable to evaluate the condition of the sewer or locate sewer <br />service connections, the CONSULTANT shall re -televise that section of the pipe at <br />CONSULTANT'S expense. <br />20. The CONSULTANT shall provide alternative means for videos (beside external 1 TB hard <br />drive) like online file sharing. <br />DELIVERABLES <br />1. Deliverables shall include CCTV inspection videos, pictures and databases in an external hard <br />drive as mentioned herein; manhole inspection reports and ratings; printed CCTV inspection <br />reports; summary of CCTV inspection reports in excel format (see details below), color coded <br />sewer basin site maps (see details below); MPEG -4 format color video. <br />2. Submit summary of the CCTV inspection reports in excel format showing the following: <br />inspection ID, pipe segment reference, date of inspection, street name, upstream manhole <br />no. designation, downstream manhole no. designation, sewer use, direction of flow, flow <br />control, size of pipe, type of pipe, shape of pipe, pipe joint length, total pipe length, actual pipe <br />length surveyed, pre -cleaning method use, weather condition and the overall pipe rating <br />condition of the pipe segments (from MH to MH) indicating the following ratings 1 - if the pipe <br />is in excellent condition, 2 if the pipe is in good condition, 3 - if the pipe is in fair condition, 4 if <br />the pipe is in poor condition and 5 - if the pipe is in bad condition and needing immediate <br />removal and replacement. <br />3. Submit color coded sewer basin site map showing pipe segments (from manhole to manhole) <br />pipe condition rate designation in color coding as follows: Pipe segments (from manhole to <br />manhole) with 1 - excellent pipe rating condition in blue color; pipe segments with 2- good <br />pipe rating condition in green color; pipe segments with 3 -fair pipe rating condition in yellow <br />color ; pipe segments with 4 - poor pipe rating condition in purple color and pipe segments <br />with 5 bad pipe rating condition in red color. <br />4. Submit alternative means for videos (beside external 1 TB hard drive) including but not limited <br />to, online file sharing. <br />5. Submit detailed manhole condition ratings and reports. <br />6.
