EXHIBIT "A-1" <br />TASK ORDER <br />TASK ORDER NO. TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Task Order No. ("Task Order") is made and entered into by and between the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("City"), and National Plant Services Inc., a California Corporation <br />("Consultant"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. City and Consultant entered into an agreement entitled Closed Circuit Television <br />(CCTV) Services ("Agreement"), by which the Consultant agreed to perform services <br />in accordance with Task Orders issued by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. This Task Order hereby incorporates by <br />reference all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. <br />2. SCOPE OF TASK ORDER. Consultant will perform the services described in <br />Attachment "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance <br />with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. For purposes of this Task Order, the <br />City's Project Manager will be Ahmad Haya. <br />3. PAYMENT. For services performed by Consultant in accordance with this Task Order, <br />City will compensate Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement, in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars <br />($750,000.00). <br />4. AUTHORITY.
