ON-CALL CCTV INSPECTION SERVICES <br />APPROXIMATE LENGTH (Approximately more than 200,000 LF) <br />There will be two similar rounds of annual CCTV plus any on-call and quantities for any Ad <br />Hoc requests. <br />The total linear footage for the two year on-call CCTV inspection has been estimated to be <br />a cumulative total of approximately more than 200,000 linear feet throughout Redwood City <br />for a period of two -years. The on-call period can occur concurrently with and extend up to two - <br />years after the completion of the CCTV Inspection of Sanitary Sewer Basins 1, 2 & 3, unless <br />amended as stated in the Agreement. <br />CONSULTANT'S FEE SCHEDULE: <br />The Consultant shall perform the Scope of Services as described above. <br />The breakdown of the Consultant Fee Schedule and Hourly Rates is shown below: <br />The consultant shall be paid monthly, pursuant to submission of written invoices consistent with <br />Section 6, Compensation. <br />REV: 05-18-2021 VR <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.1 1 1/National Plant Services Inc.
