REV: 06-22-2021 MI <br />c.References. All references to the Agreement include all their respective terms <br />and provisions. All defined terms utilized in this Addendum have the same meaning as provided <br />in the Agreement, unless expressly stated to the contrary in this Addendum. <br />d.Counterparts. This Addendum may be executed in two (2) duplicate originals, <br />each of which is an original, but all of which taken together is considered one and the same <br />instrument. <br />e.Electronic Signatures. If all Parties agree, electronic signatures may be used in <br />place of original signatures on this Addendum. Each Party intends to be bound by the signatures <br />on the electronic document, is aware that the other Parties will rely on the electronic signatures, <br />and hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Addendum based on the <br />use of an electronic signature.
