11 <br /> <br />Section IV. Additional Services <br />Services requested by Contractor and not outlined in Section Ill are considered "additional <br />services," and shall not be provided unless approved by the Directors of County Health and <br />Department of Public Works. If approved, services listed below will be scheduled upon receipt of <br />a work request from County Health, and the associated costs will be invoiced to the Contractor. <br />Contractor will use Contract Funds to pay the invoice within 30 calendar days from date of <br />mailing or emailing; if not timely paid, County will deduct the past due amount from Contractor's <br />next monthly payment. The majority of these services are provided under the administration of <br />the Construction Services Section (CSS) located at 30 Tower Road, San Mateo. Requests for <br />services and cost estimates should be routed through San Mateo County Health System <br />(Animal Control Manager). Contractor shall in no circumstance alter any part of the Shelter <br />structure or install any fixture, without prior written County approval from the Directors of the <br />San Mateo County Health and Department of Public Works. <br />A. Carpentry <br />New: <br /> Floor coverings <br /> Commercial fixtures <br /> Acoustical ceilings <br /> Doors/windows <br /> Soundproofing and insulation <br /> Air conditioning units <br /> Restroom partitions and fixtures tile work <br /> Concrete slabs and retaining walls <br />Building and/or custom fabrication: <br /> Storage structures <br /> Security gates, windows, etc. <br /> Custom cabinets and casework <br /> Custom shelves, reception counters, etc. <br /> Wall framing and drywall <br /> Custom racks, bins, etc., for delivery vehicles <br />B. Electrical <br /> Install additional electrical circuits and outlets <br /> Upgrade and install new workplace lighting <br /> Install Pleione electrical whips <br /> Install and maintain security alarm systems <br /> Set up temporary power for events. <br />C.
