13 <br /> <br />b. Animal Control Contractor will send the County a quarterly <br />itemized report showing the repairs and maintenance performed <br />at the facility. <br /> <br /> <br />c. If Parties choose to terminate for reasons other than material <br />breach of the Animal Control Contractor’s Services Agreement or <br />Parties choose not to renew the Animal Control Contractor’s <br />Services Agreement, County and Cities shall be financially <br />responsible for the remaining cost of any lease for vehicles or <br />equipment used by the Animal Control Contractor solely for the <br />purpose of the Animal Control Contractor’s Services Agreement. <br /> <br /> 5.5 Fiscal and Program Monitoring. Each City agrees to participate <br />annually with County to discuss financial or programmatic issues <br />including, but not limited to, licensing activities, revenue sources, <br />performance measures, and ordinance revisions. The County or any <br />City may request a special meeting for this purpose and upon the <br />provision of reasonable notice. <br /> <br />Any changes in the amount to be paid to the Animal Control Contractor <br />or the Animal Licensing Contractor shall require the Board of <br />Supervisors and the affected City’s approval. <br /> <br /> 5.6 Use of Program Revenue. Each City agrees that all fees collected by <br />the County and/or the Animal Control Contractor and the Animal <br />Licensing Contractor, or both, for the purposes outlined in this <br />Agreement shall be retained by the County and used to cover the cost <br />of services provided under this Agreement, except for services <br />provided directly by or for a City and where fees are collected by said <br />City for services provided as described in Section 3.4 and 3.6 of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br /> 5.7 Maintenance of Records. Records of animals impounded including the <br />description of each animal, date of receipt, date and manner of <br />disposal, treatment received, the name of the person redeeming or <br />adopting the animal, and the fees, charges and proceeds of adoption <br />shall be maintained by the County, through the Animal Control <br />Contractor, and made available to the Cities. In addition, statistical <br />information shall be provided on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis <br />to the Cities summarizing various field enforcement and shelter <br />activities occurring in each City and shelter activities initiated by <br />residents of each City. <br /> <br /> 5.8 Term and Termination.
