8 <br /> <br /> 4.3 In consideration of the payment provided for in Sections 3.7 and 4.2, <br />the County shall, for the administrative convenience of the Cities and <br />for the purpose of coordinating animal services countywide, provide the <br />additional following administrative services: <br /> <br />a. Work with the City Attorney, designated City liaison or City <br />Manager of each City on any issues that require input from the City, <br />including, but not limited to, during and following the administrative <br />hearing process. <br /> <br />b. Collect, maintain, and report available data as requested by each <br />City, including, but not limited to, annual Performance Measures. <br /> <br /> The Animal Control Program Manager or designee will monitor the <br />performance of the Animal Control Contractor and Animal <br />Licensing Contractor and will notify the City Liaison if there is a <br />deficiency in service found. A meeting will be scheduled with <br />Contractor and City liaisons to discuss a plan to correct the service <br />deficiency. <br /> <br />c. With direction from each City, respond on behalf of each City to <br />public inquiries regarding the Animal Control Program and the <br />Animal Licensing Program. <br /> <br />d. Provide monthly report showing field, shelter, licensing activities, <br />and Dangerous Animal Permit holders. <br /> <br />e. Provide dispatch services for after-hours/holiday calls for animal <br />control and licensing. <br /> <br />f. Provide radio maintenance services on radio equipment owned by <br />the Parties and used to perform services as outlined in Attachment <br />1 – Agreement between County of San Mateo and the Peninsula <br />Humane Society and SPCA – Attachment M - County-Owned <br />Radio Equipment. <br /> <br />g. For the convenience of the Cities, provide animal licensing tags for <br />dogs, cats, animals held under a Dangerous Permit, and animals <br />designated as Service Animals. <br /> <br />h. For the convenience of the Cities, make reasonable attempts to <br />collect and provide collection services for: <br /> <br />1. Animal control fees that are deemed uncollectable by the Animal <br />Control Contractor after reasonable efforts by the Contractor to <br />collect; and
