Main Circulation study. The fee for this task will be adjusted after assessment of available data and <br />models. <br />We will present level of service and queuing information for the crossings and adjacent intersections. <br />Task 4-8 – Site Access and Circulation Analysis <br />As part of this task, we will provide a qualitative assessment of site-access and circulation <br />considerations. For the individual Gatekeeper project sites, a detailed site access and circulation review <br />will occur when detailed site plans are available in subsequent review stages of the individual projects <br />and is not included in our proposed scope of work. <br />Task 4-9 – Documentation <br />Fehr & Peers will prepare a TA report for the Gatekeeper project. The report will include text, graphics, <br />and tables to describe the analysis methods and results, potential transportation impacts and adverse <br />effects, as well as corresponding mitigation measures and required improvements. Fehr & Peers will <br />submit the Administrative Draft TA in electronic format for review by the City and the environmental <br />consultant. This scope includes up to 16 staff hours for each project to respond to all comments on the <br />Administrative Draft TA report and prepare the Draft TA report to be used to prepare the EIR and be <br />included in the EIR appendix. <br />We have included an initial estimate of 20 hours in our fee for each project to respond to public <br />comments. However, since the magnitude and complexity of public comments will not be known until all <br />comments are received and compiled, we may need a budget amendment if the magnitude or complexity <br />of comments exceeds our assumed level of effort. <br />Task 4-10 – Meetings <br />Fehr & Peers will prepare for and attend up to four in-person project meetings with City staff and/or the <br />project team and three public hearings.
