Subrecipient will include a statement that it is an equal <br />opportunity employer in all solicitations or advertisements for subcontractors or <br />employees.” <br />24. CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Subrecipient will abide by the provisions of 24 CFR <br />Section 570.611, which include (but are not limited to) the following: <br />A. Subrecipient shall maintain a written code or standards of conduct that shall govern <br />the performance of its officers, employees or agents engaged in the award and <br />administration of contracts supported by Federal funds. <br />B. No employee, officer or agent of Subrecipient shall participate in the selection, or <br />in the award, or administration of, a contract supported by Federal funds if a conflict <br />of interest, real or apparent, would be involved. <br />C. No covered persons who exercise any function or responsibility with respect to this <br />Agreement or Subrecipient’s Project during his or her tenure, or for one year <br />thereafter, will have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or a related <br />subcontract, or the proceeds thereof.
