4. Approval and Ratification by City Council. The Purchase Agreement shall be <br />subject to final approval by the City Council of Redwood City on September 13, 2021 or another <br />duly called and noticed public meeting. <br />5. Integration. The Resale Contract is hereby incorporated by reference into this <br />Purchase Agreement and Addendum and the terms therein shall continue to bind Seller with <br />regard to the Property. To the extent of any conflicts, the Resale Agreement shall rule as <br />between this Purchase Agreement and the Resale Agreement. <br />6. Counterparts/Electronic Signature.
