Duggan, as a licensed professional engineer. <br />Deliverables: 3 hard copies of 100% wet stamped full plan sets, Seals page for <br />Technical Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimate. PDF copy of all technical <br />specifications. <br />$5,670 Dec. <br />2021 <br />1.4 Engineering Services During Bid - Provide design engineering services for all <br />bid inquiries. Prepare and stamp all revisions to the plans and technical <br />specifications, as needed. Deliverables: 3 hard copies of final plan sheet <br />revisions and a PDF of all revised technical specifications. Bulletins for each <br />revision. <br />$1,090 Dec. <br />2023 <br />1.5 Engineering Services During Construction - Provide design-engineering <br />services during construction, as requested by the City’s Construction <br />Manager. Services shall include reviewing RFI’s, reviewing all material <br />submittals for general conformance with the plans and specifications, and <br />preparing all plan and specification revisions. Consultant shall perform field <br />investigations as needed to prepare plan revisions. Consultant shall prepare <br />the final as-built plans. Deliverables: 3 hard copies of final plan sheet revisions <br />and a PDF of all revised technical specifications. Bulletins for all revisions. PDF <br />copies of stamped and signed material submittal reviews. PDF copies of RFI <br />responses. All written communication, emails, notes, calculations, and any <br />other documentation produced while performing services as a Design <br />Engineer for this project. <br />$17,908 Dec. <br />2023 <br />Task Total $41,228.00 <br />2 Peninsula Tank #1 - In 2013, a structural engineering firm determined this <br />tank would be damaged during a moderate earthquake. The probability of <br />the earthquake at several stages of failure will be quantified, and designs for <br />mitigating failure will be developed. <br /> Dec. <br />2021 <br />2.1 Conceptual Design - Creating conceptual designs for reinforcing the tank. <br />Evaluate the costs and benefits of stiffening the lower portion of the tank to <br />reduce the risk of buckling and tank anchorage.
