Other <br />x Directional signs for departmental areas <br />x General construction site cleanup <br />Need for county approval for any fixtures, repairs, remodeling or construction at the Shelter. Any <br />of the above items as well as any new fixtures, construction, repairs or remodel (to include <br />altering of the building or grounds in any way) may not be undertaken without the express, prior <br />written permission of the Director of San Mateo County Health or designee, and the Director of <br />the Department of Public Works, or designee, except as otherwise provided under this <br />Agreement. <br />If Contractor performs any construction work, remodeling or repairs, or attaches any fixtures to <br />Shelter or other county-property without such written permission, or changes the grounds in any <br />manner, Contractor must promptly return the Shelter building, property or grounds to its original <br />condition at its own expense and not using Animal Control Services Contract Funds or any other <br />County funding, except as otherwise provided under this Agreement. <br /> <br />  <br />    <br /> <br />   <br />   <br />
