July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026, for a maximum obligation of $32,548,990, and the <br />Board has examined and approved this agreement as to form and content and desires <br />to enter into it. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the <br />Chief of San Mateo County Health or designee be authorized to: 1) execute an <br />agreement with the twenty cities of the County for the facilitation and coordination of <br />animal control and licensing services for a term for each of July 1, 2021 to June 30, <br />2026; and 2) enter into a services agreement with PHS to provide animal care and <br />control services for the term of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2026 for a maximum obligation <br />of $32,548,990. <br />* * * * * * <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of San Mateo County Health or <br />designee be authorized to execute contract amendments for each of these two <br />agreements which modify the County’s maximum fiscal obligation by no more than <br />$25,000 (in aggregate), and/or modify the contract term and/or services so long as the <br />modified term or services is/are within the current or revised fiscal provisions. <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />
