This
assessment shall address hazards that the City is exposed to: flood, wild land urban
interface, fire, earthquake, and high wind. Available data from various sources will be
reviewed, documented and summarized in a narrative form. Summaries will include
information on past occurrences and the probability of future events. Aanko will perform
vulnerability assessment, including identifying assets, estimating potential losses, and
analyzing development trends. The types and nwnbers of existing and future buildings,
infrastructure, and critical facilities located in the identified hazard areas shall be
identified in accordance with FEMA guidance.
