Aanko will prepare an action plan describing how the actions identified will be <br />prioritized, implemented, funded, and administered by the City. <br /> <br />8. Aanko will prepare a draft plan for review by the Hazard Mitigation Planning <br />Committee (to be identified by the City-this is required by the DMA 2000 Rule). Aanko <br />shall incorporate comments from the draft plan into the final plan for presentation, <br />that will include a PowerPoint presentation, to and for adoption by the Redwood City <br />City Council. <br /> <br />9. Aanko will prepare cost estimates for all recommended projects and shall identify <br />possible funding sources to implement recommended projects. <br /> <br />10. Aanko will include a section describing the method and schedule of monitoring, <br />evaluating, and updating the mitigation plan within a five-year cycle and also how the <br />community may participate in the plan maintenance process (this is required by the <br />FEMA guidance). <br /> <br />11. The consultant shall conduct public meetings to 1) to identify issues and 2) to present <br />the draft plan. This Plan shall meet the criteria ofFEMA's Section 322 of the Robert T. <br />Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 44CFR, Parts 201 and 206, <br />enacted under Sec. 104 of the disaster Mitigation Act of 2000 (DMA 2000). <br /> <br />Pricing Proposal: <br /> <br />Title Consultant Hours Hourly Total <br /> Rate <br />Proiect Manager Steve Longoria, CCP, CHS-III, CPM 160 $155.00 $24,800.00 <br />Civil Engineer Dr. Dharme Rathnayke, P .E. 160 $155.00 $24,800.00 <br />System Integrator Rick Cruz, P .A., MCSE 120 $125.00 $15,000.00 <br />Total 440 $64,600.00 <br /> <br />Note: Aanko may continue to work with the City through the final adoption and <br />approval phases by local and state government, and FEMA upon the direction of the <br />City's Project Coordinator. Hourly rates for this continuing assistance will remain the <br />same as above throughout this process.
