<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services is to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Agreement: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />(Kleinfelder West, Inc.) <br /> <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Third Revised Proposal for Geotechnical <br />Engineering Services for The Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project in Redwood City, <br />California" ("Proposal") dated August 21, 2009 is attached to this Exhibit A and is <br />incorporated by this reference.
