An easement for ingress and egress over and upon a portion of Lot numbered twenty-one (21) as shown on that certain map en- titled "Wooster, Whitton and Montgomery's Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm", which map waS filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on July 9, 1902 in Book "E" of Original Maps at page 31 and copied in Book 3 of Maps at page 10, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly boundary of said Lot 21, distant thereon 413.50 feet Northwesterly from the North- westerly line of Roosevelt Avenue; thence from said point of beginning Northwesterly along said Southwesterly boundary 100 feet; thence Ndrtheasterly parallel with said line of Roosevelt Avenue 277.7 feet to the Northeasterly boundary of said Lot 21; thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly boundary 100 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel with said line of Roosevelt Avenue 277.7 feet to the point of beginning.
