M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the <br /> <br />said Oi ty of Redwood City, did, as requireo. by Ordinance No. <br /> <br />303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the real property <br /> <br />situated in said City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> <br />and particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 7 Range B, <br />Mezesville, commonly known as 524 and 526 <br />Arguello Street, Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice, so post~d, by registered <br /> <br /> <br />mail, postage prepaid, to the owner of said -real property, as <br /> <br />said owner is listed upon the books of the City Assessor of <br /> <br /> <br />said City of RedlrlOod City, to wi t: Lino S. Fabbro, at 520 <br /> <br /> <br />Arguello Street, Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance said <br /> <br />Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, <br />the ~lst day of June, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br />of said day at the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Middle- <br />field Road in $aid City of Redwood City, as the time and place <br />when the owner of the buildings situated upon said real property <br />could appear and be heard and show cause why said buildings <br />.I <br /> <br />should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated by <br /> <br /> <br />reconstructing or properly repairing said buildings or by raz- <br /> <br />ing or removing the same; and <br /> <br />vffiEREAS said Council did regularly continue said hearing <br /> <br /> <br />until the 6th day of July, 1948, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Council did proceed, on the 6th day of July, <br /> <br /> <br />1948, with said hearing, and after considering all objections <br /> <br /> <br />made and received does determine that due and legal notice of <br /> <br />-1- <br />
