<br />- . <br /> <br />said hearing was giv~n as required by the ordinances of the <br />City of Rea~lood City, as appears from the affidavit of L. M. <br />DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerk; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City and said Council does hereby declare the <br />buildings or structures situated upon the real property herein- <br />above described to be a public nuisance, and I does hereby direct <br />the o'wner thereof to abate said nuisance within thirty (30) days <br />from the adoption of this resolution by having said buildings <br />razed or removed, and if said buildings are not so abated by <br />said owner, the Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City <br />is hereby ordered and directed to raze or remove said buildings, <br />and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or <br />parcel of land from which said buildings or structures are <br />removed and which is hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
