<br />II. Storm, Surface and Ground Waters <br />No storm, surfaoe and ground waters shall be permitted <br />to flow into the City sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />III. Churches <br />Churches shall not be charged for sewage disposal. <br /> <br />IV. Combined Source of Water <br />All water, whether from the City's Supply or from,private <br />souroes, which 1s deposited into the sanitary sewer system, <br />shall be included for the purpose of arriving at sewer <br />rental oharges. <br /> <br />V.
