FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Oity Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to said property on behalf of the City of Redwood City. The real property herein sold is described as follows: All that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, more particular- ly described as tollows: PARCEL 1: A portion of Lot numbered twenty-one (21) as, shown on that certain map entitled "Wooster, Whitton a~d Montgomery's Sub- division of a part of the Redwood Farm", which map was filed in the office of, the County Recorder of San Mateo County on July 9, 1902 in Book liE" of Original Maps at page .31 and copied into Book .3 of Maps at page 10, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly boundary of said Lot.2l, distant thereon 1.50 feet Northwesterly from the North- westerly line of Roosevelt Avenue; thence from said point of beginning Northwesterly along said Southwesterly boundary 263.5 feetj thence Northeasterly parallel with said line of Roosevelt Avenue 277.7 feet to the Northeasterly boundary of said Lot 21; thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly boundary 263.5 feetj thence Southwesterly parallel with said line of Roosevelt Avenue 277.7 feet to the point of beginning.
