Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br /> <br />RE: Proposed Initial Study and Negative Declaration for 949 Veterans Boulevard (In-N-Out Burger) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Mehra, <br /> <br />Metropolitan Planning Group would like to thank you for providing us the opportunity to submit a <br />proposal to conduct the Initial Study and Negative Declaration for the proposed In-N-Out Burger fast <br />food restaurant at 949 Veterans Boulevard. <br /> <br />M-Group/s scope of work is to prepare the environmental documents for an Initial Study and Negative <br />Declaration or Mitigated Negative Declaration, as mandated by State Law as part of the Environmental <br />Review process. The Initial Study will identify the potential environmental impacts resulting from the <br />proposal. The Negative Declaration will identify, if necessary, the potential Mitigation Measures that <br />will be required to reduce the potential impacts to a less than significant lev'el. <br /> <br />Metropolitan Planning Group (M-Group) has brought high-caliber planning services to many Bay Area <br />communities. Our mission is to bring innovative and effective planning solutions to Bay Area cities. We <br />are currently working with over 15 local cities and their communities on a wide variety of projects.
