M-Group planners also have a wealth of experience preparing
Initial Studies and Negative Declarations for a variety of projects including sub-divisions, mixed-use projects
and large scale commercial and industrial projects throughout the Bay Area.

Project Team

M-Group has assigned the following staff in assisting the City of Redwood City for its environmental review
process. Our key personnel will be assisting the Project Managers with the projects. They will be
instrumental in coordinating with the City and other regulatory agencies through the planning process; help
in document preparation; and the public hearings:

Geoff I. Bradley, Principal-In-Charge

Geoff has over 15 years of professional public and private experience working with a variety of
architectural, planning, development firms and public agencies. This includes over 10 years of public sector
experience with Bay Area planning and redevelopment agencies. Geoff, while Senior Planner to the City of
Campbell, was very involved in the on-going revitalization of downtown Campbell as well as responsible for
major commercial, mixed-use, transit oriented projects throughout the city. As project manager, Geoff led
the comprehensive update of the entire General Plan including an EIR and Housing Element Update in
2001. The successful update of the General Plan was followed by a comprehensive update of the City's
Zoning Code. This long overdue effort laid the foundation for the innovative mixed-use and transit-oriented
development now taking place in Campbell, including new transit-oriented, mixed-use areas laid out along
the major roadways and near light rail stations. Geoff brings to this assignment an extensive experience
working with community groups and decision-making bodies and attention to quality and detail in all
products that M-Group produces.

578 clyde avenue suite 340 mountain view calif 84043 T 650 838 1111

www.mplanninggroup.com
