install an eight-inch (89 stub or tee every one hundred (100) <br /> feet in distance along the thirty-inch (30" ) sewer line now <br /> located in a ten-foot (10' ) easement, which City has across the <br /> lands of Layng, generally' parallel to the route of the existing <br /> Bayshore Highway, and Layng and any successor in interest to <br /> Layng will be allowed to connect with any and all of said stubs <br /> or tees at such times as they may hereafter desire, without any <br /> connection charge. However, this agreement does not relieve the <br /> present or future owners of the land served by such stubs or tees <br /> �fl l from any sewer rentals or other service or maintenance charges <br /> ,t,t <br /> now or hereafter levied by City. <br /> 5. City grants to Layng the right to connect a road which <br /> OP <br /> llitO Layng contemplates building on the north end of Layng' s property <br /> it <br /> I to Steinberger Street , so as to allow full access from the lands <br /> 14: <br /> i( <br /> of Layng to the north end of Steinberger Street. ° <br /> 6.
