known as Woodside Road, said easterly line of Woodside Road being also the existing boundary line of Redwood City; thence N 90 55' E 939.37 feet along the said easterly line of Woodside Road and said boundary line of Redwood City to the most northwesterly corner of said Lot 1; thence S 630 00' E 209.23 feet along the northerly line of said Lot 1, said northerly line being the southerly boundary line of Redwood City, to the point of beginning. AND WHEREAS, the aforesaid petition f or annexation of the territory hereinbefore described, to the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, has been filed with and received by the City Council of the City of Redwood City; NOW THEREFORE ,BE IT, ru~D IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redwood City does by thisr esolution give notice of such proposed annexation, does hereby designate said terri tory as t he "Frank Property", and does further fix Monday" the 17th day of January, 1949, at the hour of 8: 00 0' clock P. M. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Midd1efield Road and Jefferson Avenue, Redwood City, California, as the day, hour and place when and where any person owning real property within such territory so proposed to be annexed and having any objection to the proposed annexation may appear before the City Council and show cause why such territory should not be so annexed; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City be, and he is hereby directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be published at least once a week for two successive weeks prior to th~ day fixed for hearing, in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Redwood City, the municipal corporation to which it is proposed to annex the hereinbefore described territory. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at any time not later than the hour set for hearing objections to the proposed annexation, -2-
