Duncan, the Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situ- ated in said City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly desoribed as follows: Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Range D, Mezesville, commonly known as 537 and 541 Middlefield Road; and did send a copy of said notice so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as said owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said Oi ty of Redwood City, to vli t: IIBenedict and Anglia Assenza, 734 Menlo Avenue, Menlo Park, California"; and WHEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance, said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, Deoember 6, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day at the Council Chamfier in the Oity'Hall on Mlddlefield Road in said City of Redwood City, as the time and place when the ownersof the buildings situated upon said real property could appear and be heard and show cause why said buildings should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated by reconstruct- ing or properly repairing said buildings or by razing or remov- ing the same; and WHEREAS said Council did regularly continue said hearing until the 20th day of December, 1948, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.; and did on the 20th day of December, 1948, regularly continue said hearing-until ~he 3rd day of J~uary, 1949, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.; and -1-
