Redwood City Saltworks Scope of Services September 9, 2009 times devoted to each Tier One issue to review questions, assumptions and the intent of the Application. At each of these work sessions, the Applicant shall schedule their own consultants to present information, background material and Application design intent that pertains to the particular work session topic. Consultant and relevant Review Team members will attend each of the work sessions as applicable. . Total Cost: $13,000 Task 4: Saltworks Site, Bayfront Reconnaissance and General Plan Update Review Session. In order to assess the Application its relevance to the future vision and realities of the physical makeup of the City, Consultant and members of the Review Team will require a tour of the Redwood Saltworks site by OMB, as well as a tour of Redwood City's Bayfront by the City. In addition, the City will present the New General Plan in a review session with Consultant and applicable Review Team members. . Total Cost: $7,000 Task 5: Coordination and Review of Summary Reports. Subsequent to the completion of Tier One work sessions and any follow-up required, Consultant will coordinate the compilation of Review Team findings and conclusions into a summary report for each Tier One issue. These reports will be completed in a three-step review and comment process leading to the completion of a final summary report for each issue. These deliverables will be submitted to the City for use in subsequent City review processes. . Total Cost: $18,000 Task 6: Internal Review Management Team. As noted, the initial Application review process will be overseen by an internal coordinating and oversight group whose members will meet at regular intervals to assess the progress of the work and guide the process. Consultant will be in integral part of this group and will participate in a minimum of ten meetings and/or conference calls over the course of the initial review of the Tier One issues. . Total Cost: $20,000 4. Sub Consultants: Consultant will contract with specialized sub consultants whose expertise is required to complement that of the Consultant and the City staff for the effective initial review of the three critical Tier One issues.
