<br />Redwood City Saltworks Scope of Services <br />September 9, 2009 <br /> <br />times devoted to each Tier One issue to review questions, assumptions <br />and the intent of the Application. At each of these work sessions, the <br />Applicant shall schedule their own consultants to present information, <br />background material and Application design intent that pertains to the <br />particular work session topic. Consultant and relevant Review Team <br />members will attend each of the work sessions as applicable. <br />. Total Cost: $13,000 <br /> <br />Task 4: Saltworks Site, Bayfront Reconnaissance and General Plan <br />Update Review Session. In order to assess the Application its relevance <br />to the future vision and realities of the physical makeup of the City, <br />Consultant and members of the Review Team will require a tour of the <br />Redwood Saltworks site by OMB, as well as a tour of Redwood City's <br />Bayfront by the City. In addition, the City will present the New General <br />Plan in a review session with Consultant and applicable Review Team <br />members. <br />. Total Cost: $7,000 <br /> <br />Task 5: Coordination and Review of Summary Reports. Subsequent to <br />the completion of Tier One work sessions and any follow-up required, <br />Consultant will coordinate the compilation of Review Team findings and <br />conclusions into a summary report for each Tier One issue. These reports <br />will be completed in a three-step review and comment process leading to <br />the completion of a final summary report for each issue. These <br />deliverables will be submitted to the City for use in subsequent City review <br />processes. <br /> <br />. Total Cost: $18,000 <br /> <br />Task 6: Internal Review Management Team. As noted, the initial <br />Application review process will be overseen by an internal coordinating <br />and oversight group whose members will meet at regular intervals to <br />assess the progress of the work and guide the process. Consultant will be <br />in integral part of this group and will participate in a minimum of ten <br />meetings and/or conference calls over the course of the initial review of <br />the Tier One issues. <br />. Total Cost: $20,000 <br /> <br />4. Sub Consultants: <br />Consultant will contract with specialized sub consultants whose expertise <br />is required to complement that of the Consultant and the City staff for the <br />effective initial review of the three critical Tier One issues.
