<br />Redwood City Saltworks Scope of Services <br />September 9, 2009 <br /> <br />issues shall be the focus of the work to be performed via this <br />contractual agreement. Identified "Tier TwolThree" issues will be <br />pursued after significant review has occurred within the Tier One effort <br />and may be handled by subsequent amendment to this agreement. <br />4. Consultant has identified the professional expertise required to <br />evaluate Tier One issues and City has concurred with Consultant's <br />selection of sub consultants that will be contracted in separate <br />agreements directly with Consultant. If additional sub consultants are <br />required, Consultant shall propose to City the expertise, firm, scope, <br />and budget required, and City shall notify Consultant to proceed or not. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for management and tracking all internal <br />communications and for contacts with Applicant. City and its communication <br />consultants will oversee and be responsible for distribution of all public <br />information and communications. <br /> <br />3. Outline of Consultant's Scope of Work <br />The Consultant's scope of services is comprised of tasks as described below: <br /> <br />Task 1: Continued Base Information Compilation, Review and <br />archiving in a coordinated Data Management and Communication <br />System. Consultant will compile, archive and manage all base information <br />required for execution of initial Application review. As agreed, a duplicate <br />archive system will be maintained by the City and coordinated with <br />Consultant. Information will be managed and added on an on-going basis. <br />. Total Cost: $5,000 <br /> <br />Task 2: Management of initial Application review and sub consultant <br />a. contractual agreements. Consultant shall be responsible for the <br />review, approval, and submission of each sub consultant's work <br />product(s). <br />b. Scheduling and management of meetings and work sessions <br />including agendas, schedules, graphics and deliverables. <br />c. Management of all Consultant communications. <br />. Total Cost: $22,000 <br /> <br />Task 3: Coordination and participation in Tier One initial Application <br />review, Summation of Issues and Work Sessions with applicant. <br />Consultant will coordinate"with the Review Team and Applicant in the <br />compilation of relevant information to begin the initial review process for <br />Tier One issues. This includes water, transportation and jurisdictional <br />overlay analyses. Consultant will work with the Review Team to undertake <br />a detailed review and analysis of all submitted materials from the <br />Applicant to draft a preliminary summary of outstanding issues and/or <br />assumptions that underlie the intent of the Application. Consultant will <br />develop a work session schedule with the Applicant that will set dates and <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />
