<br />Peer Review Team <br /> <br />The Peer Review Team Members that would be a part of this contract are listed below. <br />Included with each firm is an approximate fee range for the scope of work that has been <br />identified to date. This fee may be adjusted as new scope and deliverables are <br />requested. <br /> <br />· Hart Howerton - Project Coordination and Management <br />a. Roland Aberg, Principal <br />b. Amie MacPhee, Principal <br />c. Approximate Fee - $40,000 (Assume additional $3,000 in expenses <br />on top of fee) <br />· Merritt Smith Consulting - Water Group Lead <br />a. David Smith <br />b. Approximate Fee- $18,500 (Adjusted w/o expenses - Assume <br />$1,045 in expenses on top of fee) <br />· Fehr and Peers - Transportation Group Lead <br />a. Robert Eckols <br />b. Approximate Fee - $ 21,000 (Assume $400 in expenses on top of <br />fee) <br />· Remy, Thomas, Moose and Manley - Jurisdictional Issues Lead <br />a. Whit Manley <br />b. Total Cost - Note that Whit's budget has been amended and <br />approved as part of Addendum One to our agreement. Based on <br />additional assignments beyond that addendum, we propose a <br />further fee increase within this Addendum in this addendum in the <br />range of $13,800. <br /> <br />1.0 Fees, Contract and Schedule <br /> <br />We propose to do the above Scope of Services on a regular hourly fee plus <br />reimbursable expense basis. The Terms and Conditions are already in effect with the <br />base contract and would extend to this Amendment. <br />
