This would include advice and direction on approaches to analysis, sequence of subject materials for document(s), review.and editing of draft text, interpretation of CEQi\ and NEP A guidelines, advice on applicable state and federal legislation, and on-going commun.ication support for the City and Revie\v Team. On-going Administration, Archiving and Coordination This scope also includes all review and administration of sub-consultant contracts directly contracted to lIart Howerton. In addition, all archiving, coordination of materials and distribution of information as needed to ensure that all consultants and City staff have the most up to date materials and information. This budget is reflected in #101 in our attached SOY. Schedule The follmving conceptual 6-month schedule has been prepared for this Addendum, please review the attached Schedule of Values (SOV) for a more detailed timeline and fees: Phase I - Enviromental Team Selection Process Phase II - Preparation of NOP and Scoping Phase III - On-going review and oversight 8-1 0 weeks 6-8 weeks 4-6 weeks Total- Maximum of 24 weeks (6 months) Fees and Contract \X' e propose to do the above Scope of Services on our regular hourly fee basis. A ttached is a schedule of our regular hourly rates as well as our Standard Terms and Conditions. Please find attached as Exhibit 1\, Schedule of Values (SO\') which outlines the task as describ{~d in this proposal and associated fee projections/budgeting for each task as described in our Scope of Services above. \\'e will use this document as a management tool to assess, refine and track work products, project needs and budget.
