This step <br />could occur concurrently with the start of Phase Two - Preparation of NOP and <br />Scoping. <br /> <br />Phase Two Notice of Preparation and Scoping/Informational Meetings <br />After the selection of the lead consultant, and/or concurrently '\vith the identification of the full <br />environmental consultant team the preparation of the NOP and scoping meetings would <br />commence. 111:1S phase includes the following: <br /> <br />1.
