<br />Redwood City - Saltworks Addendum #4 <br />August 9, 2010 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Task Two - Development Review Process <br /> <br />This scope includes: <br /> <br />1. Coordination and management of Development Review Process: We would continue to represent <br />the City in the overall management of the Development Review process for the <br />Saltworks development proposal. This includes working with the City and applicant to <br />provide clear feedback, input and policy guidance on plan components and elements. <br />This includes managing and coordinating applicable consultants on the range of <br />components in the Plan, including land use, connectivity, water, and transportation. <br /> <br />2. Attendance at Development Review Meetings: W/e would continue to meet with the applicant <br />and City staff as needed to identify information needed and policy feedback. For <br />purposes of this scope, this includes 4 meetings a month throughJune 2011. <br /> <br />Task Three - Communications Support <br /> <br />This scope includes: <br /> <br />1. CommunicatiofJs support: We would continue to provide support and input to Data <br />Instincts as necded to cnsurc that the City meets its goals with regard to providing a <br />robust public participation process as well as a transparent one. This includes feedback <br />in developing meeting materials, presentations and graphics so that key messages and <br />information are clear and consistent with the overall goals of the scoping process and <br />the City's goal of a robust CEQA process. <br /> <br />On-going Administration, Archiving and Coordination <br />This scope also includes all review and administration of sub-consultant contracts directly <br />contracted to Hart Howerton. In addition, all archiving, coordination of materials and distribution <br />of information as needed to ensure that all consultants and City staff have the most up to date <br />materials and information. <br /> <br />Schedule <br />This contract covers an 11 month period to commence on August 1, 2010 and terminating on June <br />30,2011. Please review the attached Schedule of Values (SOV) for a more detailed timeline and <br />fees. <br /> <br />Fees and Contract <br />We propose to do the above Scope of Services on our regular hourly fee basis. Attached is a <br />schedule of our regular hourly rates as well as our Standard Terms and Conditions. <br /> <br />Please fInd attached as Exhibit A, Schedule of Values (SOV) which outlines the task as described in <br />this proposal and associated fee projections/budgeting for each task as described in our Scope of <br />
