Attached you will find Exhibit A, that summarizes our estimated fees for the fiscal year of <br /> July 2011 through June 2012, and associated sub - consultants and budgets. <br /> The Assignment. We will continue to assist the City in reviewing and processing the Saltworks <br /> application. This includes coordination of a full consultant team, management of the application <br /> development review process, and oversight and assistance in managing the environmental <br /> review (CEQA). <br /> Our team's work would continue to move ahead on four main tasks over the next 12 months: <br /> Task One Contract Administration and Oversight — Where we would help the City in <br /> providing on -going contract and budget oversight and management for the full <br /> consultant team. <br /> Task Two Oversight and Management of Environmental Review Process — where we provide <br /> programmatic assistance and management to the City and associated staff. This <br /> includes coordinating meetings, contracts, consultants, schedules, the <br /> Environmental Review Management Team (ERMT) meetings and Hauge Brueck <br /> Associates to provide an efficient and robust CEQA process. <br /> Task Three Development and Project Document Review - where we would assist the City in <br /> providing feedback on the applicant's development plan and project documents. <br /> Task Four Communications Support — Where we work with the City, the ERMT and Data <br /> Instincts to ensure that a transparent and robust CEQA process occurs in relation to <br /> the processing of the Saltworks development proposal. <br /> At the completion of the 12 -month term, an updated scope of services will be prepared. <br /> SJ Assur <br /> I HK <br /> II O'GRTO N, L.
