Contract Amendment #5- Redwood City <br /> Saltworks Development Proposal <br /> May 3, 2011 <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br /> Task Three - Development and Project Document Review <br /> This scope includes: <br /> 1. Coordination and management of Development Review Process: We would continue <br /> to represent the City in the overall management of the Development Review <br /> process for the Saltworks development proposal. This includes working with the City <br /> and applicant to provide clear feedback, input and policy guidance on plan <br /> components and elements. This includes managing and coordinating applicable <br /> consultants on the range of components in the Plan, including land use, <br /> connectivity, water, and transportation. <br /> 2. Review of Project Documents: We will assist the City in reviewing all project <br /> documentation submitted to the City for adequacy and compliance with City policies <br /> and process. This includes the review of the Specific Plan, General Plan amendment <br /> materials and associated documents and providing feedback and guidance to the <br /> Applicant. <br /> 3. Attendance at Development Review Meetings: We would continue to meet with the <br /> applicant and City staff as needed to identify information needed and policy <br /> feedback. For purposes of this scope, this includes 2 meetings a month. <br /> 4. Water Supply Alternatives Development and Analysis: This includes analyzing and <br /> verifying data and information with regard to water supply options, including but <br /> not limited to groundwater, desalination and surface water supplies. This includes <br /> review of technical reports, existing baseline information and feasibility assessment. <br /> Task Four - Communications Support <br /> This scope includes: <br /> 1. Communications support: We would continue to provide support and input to Data <br /> Instincts as needed to ensure that the City meets its goals with regard to providing a <br /> robust public participation process. This includes feedback in developing meeting <br /> materials, presentations and graphics so that key messages and information are <br /> clear and consistent with the overall goals of the environmental review process. <br />
