REV: 10-1-21 RL EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES Design, Engineering, and Construction Support Services Location: Fair Oaks Community Center - (2600 Middlefield Road) Project: Administrative Office Remodel Consultant shall provide the following services for the above referenced project: •Perform site observation of the space. •Mechanical work will provide HVAC design based on the new layout. •Electrical work will provide new lighting and power for the newly configured space, •Assume that the fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems are up to date and the work will provide conceptual design as part of the deferred submittal and provide performance base specification. •Perform calculations and Mechanical/Electrical Title 24 report for the project. •Develop technical specifications and place in the drawings. •Submit construction documents for Plan Check review and permitting. •Prepare issued for construction drawings and specifications. •Provide construction support services such as review of contractor’s product submittals, respond to RFIs, attend two construction meetings, perform punch walk and list and prepare record drawings based on contractor’s redline markups. Key Personnel Patrick Mallillin, P.E. – President/Project Manager Bryan Hayes, P.E. – Mechanical Engineer Timothy Le, P.E. – Electrical Engineer The following services are excluded from the scope of services for the project referenced above: •Energy Analysis and Energy Modeling. •Life Cycle Cost Analysis •Power monitoring and electrical data logging. •Security system design. •Telecommunication system design. •Hydraulic calculations. •Civil and Structural designs.
