REV: 10-1-21 RL <br />•Underground utility survey. <br />•Specification Divisions 0 and 1. <br />•Bidding assistance. <br />•Pre-construction meeting. <br />•Cost estimating. <br />Ad Hoc Design, Engineering, and Construction Support Services <br />Consultant shall provide the following ad hoc services for projects at the request of the <br />Public Works Facilities Superintendent or their designee. <br />•Perform site observation based on project scope <br />•Mechanical work to provide HVAC design based on project scope <br />•Electrical work to provide new lighting and power design based on project <br />scope <br />•Provide plumbing design based on project scope <br />•Provide fire sprinkler conceptual design and provide performance <br />base specification. <br />•Perform calculations and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Title 24 reports <br />based on project scope <br />•Develop technical specifications and place in all drawings. <br />•Submit construction documents for Plan Check review and permitting. <br />•Prepare issued for construction drawings and specifications. <br />•Provide construction support services such as review of <br />contractor’s product submittals, respond to RFIs, attend <br />construction meetings, perform punch walk and list and prepare <br />record drawings based on contractor’s redline markups. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.252/YEI Engineers, Inc.
