REV: 10-1-21 RL <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />Total compensation under this Agreement for Services shall be in an amount not to <br />exceed Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($95,000). <br />City shall pay Consultant a flat fee of Thirty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Six <br />Dollars ($38,126) for completion of all work specified under the scope of services for the <br />Fair Oaks Administrative Office Remodel Project and as outlined below. Invoices shall be <br />billed monthly with Net 30 payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, <br />Compensation.
