At the direction of and in coordination with the City, Consultant shall engage with <br />regulators throughout the review and approval process of regulatory documents. <br />Consultant shall submit electronically to the City and the California State Water <br />Resources Control Board regulatory compliance documents in a timeline approved by the <br />City at the start of the project. <br />Task 9 - Perform Cross Connection Control Site Surveys <br />A Specialist shall survey customer site to verify compliance with the City’s ordinance and <br />standards, Cross-Connection Control Program, and Title 17 of the California Code of <br />Regulations. The survey may also include a verification of a backflow tester test form. <br />The Specialist shall provide the City their findings on a City-provided site survey form <br />electronically in PDF format within five days of the site survey. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.253/West Yost & Associates, Inc.
