Appendices will be included in the IS/MND, as needed. The IS/MND will include a Mitigation <br />Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) in compliance with State CEQA Guidelines. <br />The environmental specialist subconsultant will submit electronic files of the Administrative Draft IS/MND to the <br />City for review. The environmental specialist subconsultant will discuss comments from the City and agree on <br />appropriate revisions. The environmental specialist subconsultant will then prepare a Screen Check Draft IS/MND <br />that incorporates the revisions. <br />The Screen Check Draft will be submitted electronically for the City’s review. The environmental specialist <br />subconsultant will revise the Screen Check Draft and confirm electronic files prior to printing the IS/MND for public <br />circulation. In addition, the environmental specialist subconsultant will prepare a draft Notice of Intent (NOI), <br />Notice of Completion (NOC) for submittal to the State Clearinghouse, and public notices (if any). <br />Following the close of the public comment period on the IS/MND, the environmental specialist subconsultant will <br />review the comments received. The environmental specialist subconsultant will meet with the City to discuss the <br />key comments received and the approach to responses. The environmental specialist subconsultant will then <br />prepare a memorandum which briefly considers the comments received and provides responses for the City to use <br />in considering certification of the IS/MND and approval of the Project. <br />Following approval by the City, the environmental specialist subconsultant will be responsible for noticing and <br />distribution of the Public IS/MND, the NOI, and submittal of the NOC and necessary copies of the IS/MND to the <br />State Clearinghouse, the San Mateo County Clerk’s office, and any newspaper or website postings. The <br />environmental specialist subconsultant will prepare and file the Notice of Determination (NOD) for City review and <br />file with the State Clearinghouse and County Clerk. <br />The City will pay CEQA filing fees. <br />Deliverables: <br />Administrative Draft IS/MND (electronic files) <br />Screen Check Draft IS/MND (electronic files) <br />Public IS/MND (up to 10 hardcopies; electronic files) <br />Draft and Final NOI, NOC, NOD, and other notices as requested <br />Draft and Revised Response to Comments Memorandum (electronic) <br />Conference call to kick off CEQA process <br />Up to two (2) conference calls to discuss comments <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.257/Wood Rodgers, Inc.
