REV: 10-14-21 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />Contractor shall provide electrical maintenance services for City EVSE charging stations <br />on a regular schedule at least once per month and as outlined below. <br />Maintenance and Repair of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE): <br />Location Quantity & Type <br />Red Morton (2) Level 2 Charge Point 2000 Series EVSE units <br />Main Library (1) Level 2 Clipper Creek CS-40 EVSE unit <br />(1) Level 2 Charge Point 4000 Series dual port EVSE <br />unit <br />Redwood Shores Library(1) Level 2 Charge Point Dual port EVSE unit <br />(1) Level 2 Charge Point Single Port 4000 series <br />(1) Level 3 DC Fast Charger <br />Jefferson Garage (2) Level l and Level 2 Combo Charge Point EVSE <br />units <br />Marshall Street Garage (2) Level 2 Combo units <br />(1) Level 3 DC Fast Charger <br />TOTAL 12UNITS <br />The City may add additional EVSE units during the course of this Agreement. The <br />Contractor agrees to service any additional units, at a price adjustment to the monthly <br />maintenance cost that is agreed to by both Contractor and City in writing. <br />Contractor shall be responsible for the following: <br />Monthly Maintenance: <br />•Inspect each of the above EVSE units twice per month to ensure that <br />breakers, screens, guns, and other components are operating correctly. <br />•Evaluate computer cores based on monitoring results from the unit <br />manufacturer. <br />•Repair and/or replace necessary parts to continue proper operation of each <br />unit. <br />•Repair any physical damage to the units. <br />•Perform screen cleanings on Level 3 chargers as needed. <br />Parts Replacement: <br />•Order needed replacement parts and store at Public Works Corporation <br />Yard. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.263/ROGERS ELECTRIC CORP.
