REV: 10-14-21 RL <br />Annual Maintenance: <br />•Perform a torque check of disconnects, breakers, ground and neutrals on <br />each unit once per year. <br />Warranty: <br />•Provide one-year labor warranty for all work performed under this <br />Agreement. The City shall not responsible for additional labor costs for <br />warranty-related calls. <br />Ad Hoc Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services for City Facilities <br />Contractor shall provide ad hoc electrical maintenance and repair services at the request <br />of the Facilities Superintendent or their designee. Contractor shall respond on-site within <br />two hours for emergency service calls outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, <br />8am-5pm) <br />FEE: <br />City shall pay Contractor a monthly flat-fee of One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Five <br />Dollars ($1,295) for maintenance and repair of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment <br />(EVSE), for an aggregate not-to-exceed amount of Forty-Six Thousand Six Hundred <br />Twenty Dollars ($46,620) during the term of the Agreement. <br />City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule outlined <br />below and in an amount not-to-exceed Five Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Three <br />Hundred Eighty Dollars ($553,380) for ad hoc electrical maintenance and repairs <br />services.
