REV: 10-14-2021 RL <br />Consultant shall provide the monitoring, inspection, and testing services outlined in Section 1.4, Subsections A- <br />J, for a not-to-exceed amount of $19,400.00 per year, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $97,000.00 over the <br />five-year term of the Agreement. Fees will be billed on a per service basis upon completion of each service per <br />the Pricing Table delineated below.
