REV: 11-30-21 JB <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Work <br />Consultant will provide Additional Services as described herein to support City as it <br />considers and responds to funding grant opportunities that may arise during Funding Plan <br />development. Additional Services shall be performed in a timely manner to ensure <br />deadlines for grant opportunities are not missed. <br />Known grant opportunities include: <br />Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (U.S. Department of Transportation <br />(USDOT)): Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) expected in December 2021 <br />INFRA (USDOT): NOFO expected in January 2022 <br />RAISE (USDOT): NOFO expected April 2022 <br />SB 1 (California Transportation Commission (CTC)) <br />o Solutions for Congested Corridors Program (SCCP) <br />o Trade Corridor Enhancement Program (TCEP) <br />o Local Partnership Program (LPP) <br />o Regional and Caltrans nominations expected January and February 2022 <br />Consultant will conduct the following tasks on a time and expenses basis up to the <br />$50,000 budget outlined in Fee, below. <br />Task 1 – Grant Application Planning <br />Consultant shall develop focused work plans with identified deadlines for imminent grant <br />opportunities in coordination with Leadership Team. <br />Work plans shall be grant-specific and may include the following: <br />Application Requirements and Due Date <br />Pre-Application Communications <br />Application Roles and Responsibilities <br />Coordination of Stakeholder Support <br />Facilitation or Provision of Additional Technical Analyses Needed to Address Grant <br />Requirements and/or Evaluation Criteria <br />Grant Writing <br />Coordination and Meetings <br />Schedule of Activities, Responsibilities and Budgets <br />Task 2 – Implement Work Plans <br />Consultant shall manage and implement work plans by conducting the following typical <br />activities. <br />Schedule weekly standing meeting with Leadership Team to: <br />o Track work plan (assignments, progress, and timelines) <br />o Identify grant-related issues to review with Oversight Team <br />ATTY/AGR.2021/Amend.
