REV: 11-30-21 JB <br />Coordinate communications with Oversight Team <br />Define Go/No Go issues and facilitate decision-making on whether to apply <br />Coordinate application development <br />Coordinate and/or conduct technical studies needed to address grant criteria, such <br />as: <br />o Benefit-cost analysis <br />o Equity analysis <br />o Freight analysis <br />o Focused traffic analysis <br />o Engineering evaluations to support Project phasing <br />Coordinate and/or provide grant writing services. <br />Provide strategic communications with Project stakeholders, funding agency <br />representatives, and representatives of County, C/CAG, SMCTA, MTC, Caltrans, <br />and CTC. <br />Fee <br />Compensation for Consultant’s Additional Services shall not exceed Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($50,000).
