Weighted Impact Factors for Hazards of Concern with Equity Lens <br /> <br /> <br />19.4 RISK RATING AND RANKING <br />The risk rating for each hazard was determined by multiplying the probability factor by the sum of the weighted <br />impact factors for people, property, and operations, as summarized in Figure 19-6 and Figure 19-7. Based on <br />these ratings, a priority of high, medium, or low was assigned to each hazard. Figure 19-8 and Figure 19-9 show <br />the hazard risk ranking. <br /> Figure 19-6.
