Naming Owner, its council, commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees <br />and agents as additional insureds; and <br />D. Providing that County’s insurance will be primary insurance relating to Contractor’s <br />work hereunder with respect to Owner, its council, commissions, boards, committees, <br />officers, employees and agents, and further providing that any insurance or self-insurance <br />maintained by Owner for itself, its council, commissions, boards, committees, officers, <br />employees and agents will not be excess of Contractor's insurance and will not be <br />contributory with it. Such insurance will also specifically insure any contractual liability <br />assumed by County under the terms of this License, including, but not limited to, the <br />indemnity provisions of Section 6 above. <br />E. Alternatively, County may elect to self-insure, jointly-insure, or maintain insurance <br />or an insurance equivalent (including, but not limited to, that offered to a county through <br />and by a joint powers authority, a self-insurance pool of liability coverage authorized <br />pursuant to California Government Code section 6500, or similar collective. <br />In the event that County's insurance is cancelled, County will provide replacement coverage or all <br />County Activities must cease as of the cancellation date until replacement insurance coverage is <br />provided.
